GNIUS was asked by a multi-national world leader in high-tech engineering to help create and deliver a culture change programme.

Having developed a compelling narrative , the engagement and roll-out programme began with an immersive Leadership event which you can read about here.

The next stage was a global series of roadshows for the front-line people managers…

A Global People Manager Roadshow

To engage and inspire the front-line people managers who would be asked to put the new working culture into practice, GNIUS developed a travelling ‘table-top’ version of the successful leadership event to take around the world.

Engaging 1,100 managers, in 8 countries, at 20 fully facilitated events

We designed and produced all the content and collateral, and facilitated all the sessions; a fun, interactive, thought provoking experience that combined real-life stories and challenges with blindfold listening sessions, on-line collaboration software, action buttons and even rope and a dangerous crevasse to cross!

Throughout the experience the managers were asked to think about how their own people might feel, how they could improve the way they work together and what ‘changed behaviours’ they could role model back in the business to start setting an example.

Once they had experienced and understood the new culture vision, the next stage in the roll-out programme was introduced – a unique global experience involving every single employee. The managers were given help and advice on how they would work with their teams to spread the change.

The reaction was hugely positive. The managers clearly appreciated the investment in time and effort to engage with them directly. They left the sessions energised, ready to play their crucial role in leading and role modelling the change to a new culture.
